O.K. guys, pick your choice !!??…its about time, we indeed see proper justice in our country yaa…!!.

… To hang them for “TREASON ” using – A. Common Law or B. To chop their head off using Islamic Law??. Since PM,PDRM and PAT have all agreed on it too that the offence fall under treason.

,,,Police have arrested four individuals, including the buyer, the seller and airforce personnel who assisted in stealing the engine.

,,,Armed forces chief Azizan Ariffin said the theft was only the “tip of the iceberg” after an audit revealed millions of ringgit worth of equipment was missing, the New Straits Times reported. Azizan said those found guilty of stealing and selling the engines should be charged with treason.

“Their act jeopardises national security. They are traitors and should be punished for treason,” he said.

A. In Malaysia, it is treason to commit offences against the Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s person, waging, attempting to wage war or abetting the waging of war against the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, a Ruler or Yang di-Pertua Negeri. All these offences are punishable by hanging, which derives from the English treason acts (a former British colony, Malaysia’s legal system is based on English common law).

B. According to the Quran the prescribed punishment ranged from imprisonment to the severing of limbs and the death penalty depending on the severity of the crime, however even in cases of treason the repentance of a person would have to be taken into account. Many Islamic theologians believe that the death penalty is acceptable punishment for treason and other “mischief in the land”.

YES,,,,,I rather go for the hanging, less bloody I guess ?.

WE ACTUALLY HAVE MANY MANY MORE…JUST NAMING 10 TOP ONES…

Folks take a guess who stand to gain if this case hits the fan…who will become a victim ? Who gets a bad name? who is going to be beheaded? who will take the fall, who is the actual scape goat!

Is the General going to jail or just asked to retired with full pension! What kind of a deal is this? Why not jailed,without pension, or maybe he knows a lot of other shit which he can reveal if he is jailed,, in an open court, he can say things we do not know, which others desperate enough to want it to be sealed and tightly shut – THE BIGGER CAN OF WORMS !

Should think for a moment why ONLY now!
If they were afraid of the elections in 2007…they could have just shut their mouths and close the case and just fire all those involved after all, the evidence was there all along…nobody would have known about it. At least the general public is concerned!

Only the guys in uniform would know about it!

yes agree that this could be to divert attention but current times, nothing can be buried cos it is all there. People memories can be bad but the damn internet brings it all back more so next GE. yes guys do not forget about all the other things listed by CSI!!!! the engine is small peanuts compared to PKFZ, Lingam etc
